Fallen Angels

Everyone and happy Sunday! I am currently reading the Hunger Games, and while I am not very far in it is is pretty good so far. It has really high expectations to live up to! I just finished The Education of Bet by Lauren Baratz-Logsted and I was surprised at how much I really like it! I will definitely be reading more by her in the future!

Review: When Luce Price starts at Sword and Cross Academy she is in for the greatest surprise if her life. When Luce starts at the Academy, for troubled, bad teens she meets Daniel Grigori, who absolutely seems to hate Luce for sometime unknown, unexplained reason. But Luce is also attracted to him and doesn't understand why. As Luce continues at Sword and Cross she learns some surprising things about herself and about Daniel. And Daniel just happens to be a fallen angel.


I have very mixed feeling about this book so lets start with the negatives:

• Luce is totally obsessed with Daniel even though she doesn't even know him.

• Some parts of the book made absolutely no sense, especially the beginning, which was also quite boring, but only a little bit.

So why you may ask did I give it 4 stars? Well I really did like it! I loved the story, the premise and the mystery. The characters were quite good, if a little weird. I liked Luce even though she was a little obsessive. And Daniel was really nice. It truly was a good book!
