Summary: When Carlos Fuentes returns to America after living in Mexico for a year, he doesn’t want any part of the life his older brother, Alex, has laid out for him at a high school in Colorado . Carlos likes living his life on the edge and wants to carve his own path—just like Alex did. Then he meets Kiara Westford. She doesn’t talk much and is completely intimidated by Carlos’ wild ways. As they get to know one another, Carlos assumes Kiara thinks she’s too good for him, and refuses to admit that she might be getting to him. But he soon realizes that being himself is exactly what Kiara needs right now.

Review: WOW! Out of all the Perfect Chemistry books, and I've read them all, Rules of Attraction is by far my favorite!

Carlos and Kiara have captured my heart and I don't think they'll let go anytime too. It's hard not to compare Rules of Attraction its predecessor, but I'll do my best. Carlos is the ultimate bad boy but his sweet side was there, too. Whenever it came out....my heart just melted! He was just adorable sometimes. Kiara was no different. This is a girl that loves a good challenge and I instantly started rooting for her and Carlos.

Rules of Attraction was very fast-paced and addictive. I finished it in about two days. I was just enamored with Kiara and Carlos and their little adventures. Whenever they were together, their banter was hilarious and I could always expect a good laugh.

As for the plot, that had me hooked as well. Let's just say that Elkeles knows how to write a good romance and how to carry it along at a good speed!

Overall, Rules of Attraction definitely rules! There's just something about this book, and the series, that just grabs my heart and doesn't let go.

I loved this book too. Alex is still my favorite but Carlos came in a very close second. OMG the cover scene in the book is so amazing...it captured my heart.

I also loved the banter between Kiara and Carlos. It has me laughing through the entire novel.
