What to Read (9)

Hi everyone!
What to Read is just a little thing I like to do that features a slew of books from a certain genre. Sometimes I don't exactly do genres, but you get the gist!

Today I'm featuring:
BOOKS I WISH I'D READ SOONER
Fixing Delilah by Sarah Ockler is a book that I put off reading for so long. It amazed me. The writing, the characters, the romance were spectacular.

Even though I'm still reading Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles, I'm already kicking myself for not reading this sooner. This book is pure HOT! I'm loving every second of it.

Lock and Key by Sarah Dessen or anything by Dessen. Like the others I waited forever to start a Dessen book. It took me till this summer to finally crack one open. I love them all.

I waited forever to read the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling. I mean forever. I read them all about two years ago on a dare. I loved them. I'd watched the movies but I could never get into the books. Until two years ago.

Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly is one where I only waited a few months to read but still those months made me miss out on an amazing book that touched my heart.

BOOKS I STILL HAVEN'T GOT AROUND TO:

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. Maybe its the hype that's scaring me a way, but I'm vowing to read this one by the end of the year!

Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor. I know its not the hype that's getting me on this one. I just haven't found the willpower to open up this awesome looking book. I'm afraid it won't live up to my expectations.

There are so many books that I still haven't read but need to. What are some of yours?

I've heard great things about Fixing Delilah! I loved Twenty Boy Summer, so Sarah Ockler is definitely a go-to author for me.
I'm listening to Revolution on audio right now!

Thanks for the recommendations! :)
