2 Year Anniversary!!

Hi everyone!

I know, I can't believe it either but I've been blogging for two years. I don't think I ever imagined that I could even blog this long.

At the beginning of the summer I decided that I wouldn't blog during the school year. That may be why I was so unmotivated to do so during July. But I've decided that I am going to keep blogging throughout the school year, just because it makes me happy.

I just want to say thank you to all my followers, people who comment and any random person that just reads my blog. You're the reason I keep blogging and I'm happy every single day when I get to hear from anyone out there.

Thanks so much, and here's hoping for an even better anniversary next year!

One Year Blogoversary!

Guess What?
It's my one year Blogoversary!
Have I really been blogging a year??

BEFORE: A year ago today, it was flooding. Leaving my town with no water for a couple of days. I'd just got my braces off. And I was super excited for my upcoming birthday party, even though we'd have to move it back because of the water situation.

There wasn't anything to do. I got on the computer and started a blog. About books. I'm sure you already now this though! I have been blogging for a year, and it is so hard to believe.

My first post was awful. Actually my first day of blogging was awful. I had no clue what I was doing and well it sucked. I reviewed 3 books and posted 2 other random things. To read my first and awful post of my favorite book of all time...go here! But maybe you shouldn't read it!

I have to say, I think my reviews have got much better. At least I hope they have!

Blogging is hard. I try not to make blogging a chore for myself. Thankfully, it isn't. But someday I might have to stop blogging. But that is NOT in the future right now. I love blogging. I might not have the coolest blog, the most awesome review and posts, or the most followers. But I love it. It gives me a little sense of pride to see my reviews go up each day, see fellow bloggers comment on my reviews. It gives me the greatest sense of satisfaction.

And that is the reason I'll keep blogging, even if my life becomes hectic. (Which it always does in the school year!) I'll write my reviews on the weekend as I did last school year and everything will be fine. I have so many books I need to review anyway!

I can't wait to see my 2 year blogoversary!

NOW: It is not flooding, its way too hot to do that. My teeth are still straight, thankfully. I'm older, soon to be even older. I'm still excited and stressed about my birthday and school. And I'm a blogger and proud.

P.S. I'm also a Red Sox lover and proud. (The inner humor, that isn't humor is coming out. Sorry!) I went to a Red Sox game yesterday. No not in Boston, in Minnesota. I hate the Twinkies, even though most people, where I live, love them. At least I got some reading done during the long drive! See, this DOES relate to books!

3 months of blogging and a Giveaway!

Hey Everyone!
Guess what today is!? You guessed right! My 3 month blog anniversary is here and I have to say that I am quite pleased with my blog. I post almost everyday and I have 11 follwers! Thank you guys!

Now to the Giveaway!! By the way, there is a more recent cover but this is the one I have for giveaway.

Summary:
Stacey's junior year at boarding school isn't easy. She's not the most popular girl at school, or the smartest, or the prettiest. She's got a crush on her best friend's boyfriend, and an even darker secret that threatens to ruin her friendships for good. And now she's having nightmares again. Not just any nightmares – these dreams are too real to ignore, like she did three years ago. The last time she ignored them, a little girl died. This time they're about Drea, her best friend who's become the target of one seriously psycho stalker. It started with weird e-mails and freaky phone calls. Now someone's leaving Drea white lilies – the same death lilies that have been showing up in Stacey's dreams. Everybody thinks it's just a twisted game . . . until another girl at school is brutally murdered. There are no witnesses. Worst of all, no one has a perfect alibi. With everyone as a potential suspect, Stacey turns to the one secret weapon she can trust – the folk magic taught to her by her grandmother. Will Stacey's magic be strong enough to expose the true killer, or will the killer make her darkest nightmares come true?

Scary right? I have read this book and I think it is a fine scary book! Fill out the form below and enter!

You HAVE to be a follower to enter. I understand that not everyone who reads my blog has a gmail account but it isn't that hard to make one.
